To provide a cover for a walking assistance tool which is easy to fit, provides design that does not make a user conscious of its wearing, and does not damage operation of the tool itself while maintaining a good appearance.

The cover for a walking assistance tool comprises an instep leather part 2 for covering an outer peripheral part of a foot from a toe part to a sole part, a cylinder cloth 7 in a cylinder shape for covering an outer periphery of a shin part, and an expansion/contraction part 6 for bendably joining the instep leather and a cylinder body near an ankle. The instep leather part 2 is formed as a three-dimensional-shaped object for holding its three-dimensional shape to some extent by leather, synthetic leather, rubber, synthetic resin, and thick fabric. The cylinder part 7 is formed by a flexible cloth material and is provided with a fastener member 8 so that it can be opened in such a way as can be opened/closed along the longitudinal direction.
