Abstract:
PURPOSE: To realize a cream solder printing method on a printed board capable of avoiding a distortion of a mask when separating the mask from the printed board after the cream solder printing is carried out.
CONSTITUTION: In a cream solder printing method wherein a cream solder is printed on a printed board 10 disposed on a receiving stand 20 via a mask 30 held by a frame 40, a mask-fixing jig 50 which fixes the mask 30 when the mask is separated from the printed board 10, is provided. After the cream solder printing is carried out, the mask 30 is fixed by the mask-fixing jig 50 and is separated therefrom being kept in the flat condition.
