Abstract:
To easily measure a reaction force received from a cream solder by a squeegee at the time of feeding the squeegee.
A squeegee downward pressing means 9 is supported to a traveling body 11 for traveling first and second squeegees 6A, 6B. A squeegee holder 8 for supporting the squeegees 6A, 6B is rotatably supported to a movable unit of the means 9 via a pivotal unit 12 so as to rotate in a longitudinal direction of the feeding direction of the squeegees 6A, 6B. First and second sensors 10A, 10B for detecting a reaction force received from a cream solder 5 by the squeegees 6A, 6B at the time of feeding the squeegees 6A, 6B at a position separate from the unit 12 by utilizing a rotary moment of the holder 8 are provided at the body 11 side.
