A creep preventive bearing 1 is provided with an inner ring 14 fitted to a shaft, an outer ring 12 fitted to a housing 18 provided with a hole 20 in a radial direction and provided with a notch 13 in its end face, and a stop ring 5 arranged on an end face of the outer ring 12. The creep is prevented by locking a tongue part 5b bent in the axial direction of the stop ring 5 to the hole in the housing 18 and to the notch 13 of the outer ring 12, and an oil seal to ensure the sealability is arranged adjacent to the creep preventive bearing 1 and between the housing 18 and the shaft.
