Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5736136
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: A diene rubber composition containing polybutadiene, obtained by incorporating a small amount of a specific anionic surfactant in a rubber mixture, and having remarkably reduced sticking to a mold without degrading the adhesive property and physical properties.

CONSTITUTION: 0.1W5pts.wt., preferably 0.5W4pts.wt., at least one selected from anionic surfactants expressed by formulas I, II, III and IV (R1 is CnH2n+1 or CnH2n-1; n is 10W20; R2 and R3 are CnH2n+1 or CnH2n-1; n is 5W10; x is an integer 10W30 is added to 100pts.wt. mixture of 1,2-polybutadiene with a diene rubber. Preferably, 1,2-polybutadiene with a 1,2-bond content of 75% or more and a crystallinity of 5% or more is incorporated with the diene rubber at a weight ratio in the range of 80/20W20/80.
