Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crop shear cutting control method and a crop shear cutting control device that are capable of accurately cutting a workpiece at a target position even when the conveying speed of the workpiece changes.SOLUTION: This crop shear cutting control method includes: the step of calculating the cutting timing of a crop shear on the basis of the preset conveying speed pattern of a workpiece conveyed by a conveyance device, the rotational speed of the crop shear that cuts the defective shape part of the currently conveyed workpiece, a distance from a workpiece detector arranged on the upstream side of the crop shear to the crop shear, and the preset cutting length of the workpiece; and the step of controlling the crop shear on the basis of the cutting timing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
