PURPOSE: To obtain high tenting strength, to make a fine pattern, and to decrease the working time and waste liquid by using butylacrylate as a copolymer component of a thermoplastic polymer for a binder of a crosslinking hardening-type resin layer.
CONSTITUTION: This crosslinking hardening-type resin laminated body has a crosslinking hardening-type resin layer 2 formed between a supporting film 1 and a protective film 3. This crosslinking hardening-type resin layer 2 consists of (A) thermoplastic polymer for a binder, (B) at least one kind of crosslinking monomer having two or more ethylene-type unsatd. groups in one molecule, and (C) photopolymn. initiator. The thermoplastic polymer (A) for the binder consists of (a-1) 15-35wt.% of at least one kind of α,β-unsatd. carboxyl group- contg. monomer having 3-16 carbon atoms, (a-2) 5-30wt.% butylacrylate, and (a-3) 35-80wt.% methacrylate having alkyl groups of 1-8 carbon number, and has 20000 to 200000 weight average mol.wt.
