Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a crushing device which can be used in a wide load range or for crushing various types of carbonaceous materials without causing vibration by using each crushing roller of different material which constitutes a roller pivot, and a pivot box acting as a receptacle with engraved slide surface.
CONSTITUTION: In a crushing device which crushes a raw material using crushing rollers 6, each crushing roller 6 uses a different material which constitutes a roller pivot 12 and a pivot box 11 acting as a receptacle with an engraved slide surface. For example, in comparison of a case that soft steel is used for a support axial member as a pivot box 11 with a case that a surface-hardened steel is used, the pivot 12 of surface-hardened steel gives a wider crushing roller precession, i.e., a wider amplitude. Thus, each crushing roller has a different pendulum behavior, if the different quality of a support axial member as the pivot 12 is used. Consequently, the crushing rollers are activated in the same phase, so that a self-synchronization phenomenon such as amplifying a self-excited vibration is prevented from occurring.
