PURPOSE: To prevent clogging of a perforated plate screen for discharging materials to be crushed and pelletized by rotating this perforated plate screen at a speed lower than the speed of a revolving shaft of cutters for crushing the materials to be crushed and pelletized and injecting compressed air to the outer periphery of the perforated plate screen.
CONSTITUTION: The lower part of the revolving shaft 3 which revolves at a high speed is disposed with the cutters 11 in multiple stages. The screen 9 or having many holes 90a is disposed coaxially on the outer periphery thereof. After the materials to be crushed and pelletized supplied from a hopper 1 are crushed and mixed by the cutters 11, the pellets are discharged at a specified grain size from the respective holes 90a of the screen 90. The screen 90 is connected via respective gears 53, 54 and a reduction gear 51 to a motor 50 and is thereby rotated at a low speed independently of the revolving shaft 3. An air nozzles 105 for injecting the compressed air over the entire area in the vertical direction of the screen 90 is disposed on the outer periphery of the screen. Further, the many nozzle holes bored in a post 100a of this air nozzle 105 are made to communicate with an air suction hole 104.
