Title:
CRYOGENIC REFRIGERATOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3733079
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cryogenic refrigerator which enhances the heat-insulating effect of a freezing room which is kept in ultralow temperature by binary freezer.
SOLUTION: A vertical ultralow-temperature freezer 1 is composed of a heat-insulating casing 7 which is of composite constitution between a vacuum heat-insulating panel 5 and a foamed heat-insulating material 6, a heat-insulating door 8 which is of composite constitution between the vacuum heat-insulating panel 5 and the foamed heat-insulating material 6, and the binary freezer 14 which cools the goods stored in the above heat-insulating casing. The binary freezer produces ultralow temperature, cascade-connecting a refrigerant circuit on high temperature side with a refrigerant circuit on low temperature side.
