Abstract:
To provide an artificial cultivation method of Sparassia crispa and Grifola frondosa using extract sludge of coffee as a raw material of a medium (mushroom bed).SOLUTION: There are provided: (1) a cultivation method of Sparassia crispa in which, as a medium, extract sludge of coffee is used; (2) a cultivation method of Grifola frondosa in which, as the medium, extract sludge of coffee is used; (3) a cultivation method of Sparassia crispa using extract sludge of coffee for increasing a yield of the Sparassia crispa and the Grifola frondosa; (4) a cultivation method of the Sparassia crispa using the extract sludge of coffee for enhancing contents of cystathionine, sarcosine, ornithine; (5) a cultivation method of the Sparassia crispa using the extract sludge of coffee as the medium, for enhancing active oxygen absorption capacity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
