Abstract:
PURPOSE:To measure the outside diameters, heights, thicknesses of outer flanges of cups, and pitches between cups piled up in multiple stages. CONSTITUTION:Cups 2 are placed on a cup placing section 1 which can move in the longitudinal, transversal, and rotating directions in a horizontal plane. A light source 3 which emits light toward the side faces of the cups 2 is provided beside the cups 2 and a CCD line sensor 4 is provided through a CCD camera at the symmetrical position against the light source 3 with respect to the cups 2.
