Abstract:
To suppress increase in power consumption by enhancing an operational accuracy.
A current mode signal operational circuit includes transistors Q1 to Q4 of diodes connected in parallel, and an input side transistor Q5 and an output side transistor Q6 for constituting a current mirror circuit connected in parallel with the transistors Q1 to Q4. In this operational circuit, the gate widths of the transistors Q1 to Q6 are made the same, the input current signal Iin is branched into 1/5 each for the transistors Q1 to Q5, and an output current signal Iout 1/N times as large as the signal Iin is output from the transistor Q6.
