Abstract:
PURPOSE:To completely compensate temperature characteristics by adding a discharge type current source circuit having a positive temperature factor and a current mirror circuit to the titled circuit. CONSTITUTION:The corrector current of a transistor (TR) 13 which is an output current from an output terminal 1 is formed by adding/subtracting the corrector current values of TRs 15, 17, 18 constituting current absorbing and discharging type current source circuits by a current mirror circuit and reflecting and duplicating the added/subtracted current. The temperature factor of the collector current of the TR 13 is determined by respective collector current values of the TRs 15, 17, 18 respective collector current values are independently variable and respective temperature factors are determined by respective current values. Consequently, the current value and temperature factor of the collector current of the TR 13 can be independently varied.
