Abstract:
PURPOSE: To surely and easily designate a prescribed range of characters, etc., by designating this range while keeping a black color display state and with no blinking of a cursor in a cursor shift mode.
CONSTITUTION: A range of characters is designated based on the push of a partial format setting key 3 so that a partial format is set for each character, etc., of the text shown on a liquid crystal display 8. If a repeating state is set under such conditions by the continuous push of a right-left cursor key 4, a black color display state is kept and at the same time a range of characters is designated with no blinking of a cursor.
