One sheet of a fabric is folded, and an openable cushioning material-inserting port is provided at on section of the superposed outer periphery. Then, the remaining superposed outer peripheral section is sewn, and this cushion cover is formed into a bag-shape. In such a cushion cover, both ends of the folded back section are partially sewn to the internal side, and a bottom surface is formed. Then, certain sections at both ends of the distal end sections of the face surface and the rear surface are sewn to the internal sides, and an upper surface is formed. Thus, the cushion material-inserting port can be opened/closed from the upper surface to one section of a side surface for the cushion cover.
