Abstract:

To prevent direct contact between a car body and a cargo, make protecting possible of both the car body and the cargo.

A cushion protector 10, formed into a hollow bar shape with outward appearance having a Quonset hut shape, is molded from rubber or various soft plastics having rubber-like elasticity. In a gently rising front surface part 11, a plurality of semicircular sectional protrusive streaks 11a are formed. In the width direction central part and width direction both edge parts of a flat back surface part 12, belt-shaped bonding surfaces 12a to 12c extended respectively in the lengthwise direction are formed to be protruded. The inside is provided with a cavities C1 to C3 passing through in the lengthwise direction, and between the cavities C1, C2, a rib 13 is formed, the cavity C3 is formed in the rib 13. In this cushion protector 10, the belt-shaped bonding surfaces 12a to 12c are attached on a contact part with a cargo of a gate, cabin back surface, etc., in a trunk through a bonding agent or both-side adhesive tape.
