Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a customer information retrieval system capable of converting a name including KANJI to a name composed of only KANA (KANA name) and efficiently retrieving a data base with the KANA name as a key.
CONSTITUTION: The system converts the name including KANJI inputted from an input part 3-1 to a corresponding KANA name candidate by referring to a KANJI-KANA corresponding table 3-5, retrieves the customer data base 3-7 by the KANA name candidate and selects the corresponding one by including KANJI in the inputted name from among the retrieval results.
