Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cut earth slope management support system for supporting determination of timing of traffic restriction, in particular its releasing timing, a cut earth slope disruption risk degree determination system used in the system, and earth moisture status measuring method.
SOLUTION: In this cut earth slope management system, the safety factor of the slope is estimated to determine the timing of traffic restriction, in particular the releasing timing without obtaining the safety factor of the cut earth slope as an absolute numerical value by utilizing the effect that the safety factor Q of the cut earth slope is influenced by the precipitation R to relatively change. This depends upon that the safety of the slope has the characteristic of recovery after decline or stop of rainfall. That is, the safety factor of the cut earth slope tends to recover when rainfall is declined or stopped, so that the timing (the inflection point of safety factor of cut earth slope) showing the recovery tendency is grasped to precisely estimate the release timing of traffic restriction.
