Disk-shaped base metals 2a to 2k have many cutting blade tips a to k disposed on a tip end. The base metals 2a to 2k are stacked to form a cutter A. In all or a plurality of adjacent base metals 2a to 2k, the base metals disposed one and the other side have taper receiving holes 4a, 4k widely opened outward, respectively. The others are provided with insertion holes 4 connecting the two receiving holes. A nut body 5 having a tapered head 6 to fit into the receiving hole 4a and provided with a nut portion inside, and a screw shaft 9 having a tapered head 10 to fit into the receiving hole 4k and provided with a projected screw portion 11 on an extension portion, are provided. A fastening member B comprising the nut body 5 and the screw shaft 9 is screwed through the insertion hole 4.
