Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a cutter for gardening having a simple structure with a good workability.
CONSTITUTION: This cutter has a blade holder 1 equipped with a blade 5 and a handle part 2, where the blade holder 1 and the handle part 2 are linked as slanted by 30-60 degree against a line extended from the handle part 2. In the handle part 2, a protruded portion 1a provided from the tip of the blade along with the edge of the blade 5a by leaving a prescribed space is integrally formed with the blade holder 1. Between the tip of the protruded portion 1a and the end of a base of the blade 5, a gap larger than the thickness of a string 14 to be cut by this cutter, is provided.
