Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent flying of a regulation piece by a method wherein a part of the head part of a bottle is overhung above the regulation piece.
SOLUTION: A regulation piece 15 has a negative slope 17 and is formed facing the slope of a tip 1. The procedures of mounting of the chip 1 are such that first, after slopes 9 and 17 are adhered to each other, the tip 1 is placed on a seat part in a mounting groove, the regulation top 15 is sunk. The tip 1 is pushed out to the front side of a cutter body 12 by the slope 17 and this way regulates the position of a cutting edge 2. The regulating piece 15 is adjoined, and a bolt 18 is inserts in a hole, formed closely to a position in the direction of a center than the outer periphery of a cutter body 12, togetherwith a washer, and securely fastened. The head part 20 of the bolt 18 and a part of a washer are arranged in a state to overhang above the regulation piece 15.
