Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the helical antenna with which a resonance frequency is stably produced.
SOLUTION: An antenna element 24 is formed with a helical part 24a and a straight part 24b, continuous to its base and in parallel with a shaft. The antenna element 24 is inserted so that a bobbin 22 and the element are integrally formed by a resin. Outer side faces of the helical part 24a and the straight part 24b are projected externally from the outer circumferential face of the bobbin 22. A base of the bobbin 22 and the straight part 24b is inserted into an insert hole 20a of a conductive connecting metallic fixture 20, and the insert amount is adjusted and the conductive connecting metallic fixture 2 is caulked and fixed. Moreover, a cover is integrated to an outer package of the antenna element 24 through insert forming.
