To provide a cutting blade for a sheet material with adhesive making adhesive refuse hard to adhere, and capable of keeping good cutting even if the adhesive refuse adheres and deposits, and to provide a cutting device using the cutting blade.

The cutting blade for cutting a sheet material with adhesive while sliding with a partner cutting blade, has a cutting edge, a first blade side surface disposed on the partner cutting blade side, and a second cutting blade side surface which is an opposite side surface to the first cutting blade side surface. In the cutting blade for the sheet material with the adhesive, a non-adhesive coating is formed on at least the first cutting blade side surface, and an adhesive refuse discharging hole capable of discharging the adhesive refuse adhered to the first cutting blade side surface from the first cutting blade side surface side to the second cutting blade side surface side. The cutting device uses the cutting blade for the sheet material with the adhesive.
