Abstract:
To provide a cutoff device excellent in safety and economical efficiency.SOLUTION: A cutoff device in one embodiment comprises: a support mechanism fixed in a cylindrical cutoff object; a rotary table supported by the support mechanism and a feeding mechanism rotating together with the rotary table; a fixed table movable along the feeding mechanism; a cutting blade disposed on the fixed table; a feed driving machine commanding a feeding operation in which the fixed table extrudes the cutting blade to the cutting place of the cutoff object and then extracts the blade from the cutting place; and a rotation driving machine commanding a rotation operation in which the rotary table displaces the cutting blade extracted from the cutting place in a circumferential direction by rotating the fixed table. The feed driving machine and the rotation driving machine operate alternately, and the whole circumference of the cutoff object is cut by extrusion and extraction operations only of the feed driving machine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
