To provide a cutting device for a wrapping film for cutting the wrapping film by a simple operation.

When a press member 13 is pressed in the direction of a blade 12, given front and rear sites of the blade 12 on the drawn-out wrapping film 9 are pressed respectively in the direction of the blade 12 to cut the wrapping film 9. The drawn-out wrapping film 9, therefore, can be cut simply just by the pressing operation of the press member 13 without pulling the wrapping film in the given direction to press the same on the blade 12.
