PURPOSE: To improve the efficiency of cutting by cutting one part of a main body pipe section by a non-contact means, cutting a joint pipe section by an abrasive cut-off machine while using the cutting section as a guide slit and cutting the non-cutting section of the main body pipe section by the non-contact means.
CONSTITUTION: The quarter arcuate ranges of the opposed circumferential walls of a main body pipe section B including the sections of each joint pipe C are cut respectively by a water jet, and one joint pipe section C is cut through the main body pipe section B by an abrasive cut-off machine, and the other joint pipe section C is cut. Each non-cutting section of the circumferential wall of the main body pipe section B is cut respectively by the water jet again, thus completing the cutting of a steel pipe sheet pile.
