To provide a cutting tool, which firmly fixes a cutting head to a body part when a body part and a cutting head are removably formed, and is reduced in the manufacturing cost.
In this cutting tool 1, a body part 3 includes a pin 34 pressed in first and second pin holes 35, 36, a cutting head 2 includes a pin engagement surface 22c engaged with the pin 34, the first and second pin holes 35, 36 are disposed relatively so that the pin 34 is inclined to the axis O of the body part 3, and the inclining direction is set so that the cutting heat 2 is drawn in the body part 3 side by cutting resistance in cutting, whereby the engagement force of the pin 34 and the pin engagement surface 22c is ensured by cutting resistance to firmly fix the cutting head 2 to the body part 3.
