Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cyclone burner that can stably burn the burning materials with variations in sizes and types of combustible materials.SOLUTION: A cyclone burner 1 comprises: a cylindrical part 11 of a burner casing 10 comprising an air fuel supply port 13 where a primary combustion air and burning materials are led, and first to third air inlets 141, 142, 143, and first to third thermometers 51, 52, 53; and a truncated cone shape part 12 of the burner casing comprising fourth and fifth air ducts 144, 145, and fourth and fifth thermometers 54, 55. A controller outputs control signals P1, P2, P3, P4, P5 to dampers 41-45 based on the temperature detected by the first to fifth thermometers 51-55, and adjusts opening degrees of the dampers 41-45. Further, the controller adjusts a volume of a secondary combustion air blowing to a first combustion chamber R1 from the first to fifth air inlets 141-145, and controls so that the detection temperature of the first to fifth thermometers 51-55 becomes a predetermined temperature.
