Abstract:
To provide a cylinder device capable of reducing performance variation.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for manufacturing a cylinder device in which a valve mechanism includes an annular disk valve 52 including an annular disk 85 and an annular elastic seal member 86 fixed to at least one side of the disk 85 in a thickness direction. The step of fixing the elastic seal member 86 to the disk 85 includes: an observation part formation step of forming on the disk 85 an observation part 96 making it possible to observe front and back of the disk 85; and a fixing step of fixing the elastic member 86 to the disk 85 by determining a front-back direction of the disk 85 by the observation part 96.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
