Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce production costs and shorten man hours for improving production efficiency without increasing man power.
SOLUTION: The 7th cylinder 158 of a holding device 52 is energized, sliding a support member 162 in the direction of an arrow H, and then, an 8th cylinder 182 is energized, resulting in the approach of holding sections 178a and 178b to each other, holding a cylinder head 14. At this moment, engaging members 202a and 202b engages the groove sections 270 of valve stems 268a and 268b. In the next step, the support member 162 is displaced to be energized by the 7th cylinder 158 and a 5th cylinder 124, and a 6th cylinder 142 is energized, and a bias member 146 biases resulting in the inclination of the cylinder head 14. The 7th cylinder is energized and the cylinder head 14 is placed inclined on a positioning jig 16.
