The double-row cylindrical-roller bearing 11 includes the inner ring 13 having a raceway face 13a of cylindrical rollers 12, the inner ring 15 having a raceway face 15a of cylindrical rollers 14, and the integrated type outer ring 16 having a raceway face 16a of the cylindrical rollers 12 and a raceway face 15b of the cylindrical rollers 14. Fitting grooves 13d and 15d are formed at the circumference of a joining face 13c of the inner ring 13 and at the circumference of a joining face 15c of the inner ring 15. Connecting parts 17 are fit in the grooves 13d and 15d to connect the rings 13 and 15.
