Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of a damper disc by disposing ring-like springs which embrace a center line on both sides of one hub and engaging one end of each of the ring-like springs to one hub and the other end thereof to the other hub so as to make resilient connection of those hubs. CONSTITUTION:The first hub 1 is integrally provided with a flange 3. The second hub 4 which encircles the flange 3 and has the same thickness therewith is disposed on the same vertical plane as the first hub. An external gear 5 on the peripheral edge of the flange 3 is engaged with an internal gear 6 on the interanl peripheral edge of the second hub 4 loosely with circumferential baclashes 7 and 7'. Ringlike springs 12 and 15 which embrance the center line are symmetrically disposed on both sides of the first hub 1 and one end of each of the ring-like springs 12 and 15 is fit to the first hub 1 while the other end is fit to the second hub 4 so as to make such resilient conjunction of the hubs 1 and 4 as ?that the external gear 5 of the first hub 1 is faced to the internal gear 6 of the ?second hub 4 with the backlashes 7 and 7', thereby eliminating the need of making an opening on the first hub and increasing the setting of the torsion angle by approximately 45 deg..
