Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a damper for rise and fall scaffolds capable of smoothing the rising and falling of the scaffold by dividing a work bench rising and falling along a plurality of struts into two parts to provide a movable joint part, at the same time, providing an angle sensor thereto and stopping the rising and falling thereof when the angle part reaches a specific angle.
CONSTITUTION: A work bench 200 building between a plurality of struts 100 in a raisable manner is divided into two parts in the longitudinal direction, and a movable joint part is provided thereto. The movable joint part includes an angle sensor. When the work bench 200 is raised and lowered, a motor driven pinion is engaged with a rack provided in the struts 100, and the motor is simultaneously driven to make it even to raise and lower. In that case, when there is an error in horizontalness of the work bench by shaking of the struts 100, error in parpendicularity gap or the like between a gear and the rack, the error can be absorbed by the movable joint part. When there is a big error therein, it is detected by the angle sensor to stop the motor, and when it is returned to the value less than a certain value, it is started to rise and fall again. By the constitution, the work bench can be smoothly raised and lowered.
