PURPOSE: To provide the system which uniforms the response time of storage processing for records without concentrically storing the records in a data file.

CONSTITUTION: This system is equipped with a directory 2 which has plural file names and a data base consisting of plural data files 7. A load state storage device 4 stores the load information on the data files 7. A storage position reading-in means 1 reads in the directory 2 at a request to store the records in the data file 7. A load state retrieving means 5 retrieves the load information on the data files 7 in the load state storage device 4 according to the file name of the read directory. A storage position determining means 3 stores the records in the data file 7 having the least load through a writing means 6.
