PURPOSE: To improve operability by clearing stock data stored in a coin processor by a timer means to be driven by a signal outputted from a power supply disconnection detecting means.

CONSTITUTION: When a timer circuit 17 counts up prescribed time (e.g. 1 hour) after detecting power supply disconnection and outputting a power supply disconnection signal 18 by/from a power supply disconnection detecting circuit 16, a time-up signal 19 is outputted to a CPU 11. When the signal 19 is valid at the time of turning on a power supply, the CPU 11 clears data indicating the number of coins stored in a stock to zero and outputs a clear signal 20 to reset the circuit 17 and erase the signal 19.
