CONSTITUTION: An image of a business form is inputted to an input means 26 of an input terminal 2 of a subordinate computer. A recognizing means 21A extracts a prescribed recognition character and a similar pattern group, while referring to a dictionary in a storage means 25, and supplies them as data to a host computer 1. A generating means 11C in the host computer 1 generates a transaction data, based on the delivered data. A confirming means 11D brings the transaction data generated by the generating means 11C, to an output display on a display 32 of the subordinate computer 3. By an operator of the subordinate computer 3, a clean property of the transaction data is decided.
