To provide a highly transparent data file transmission system which enables a system user to easily grasp the system operation state.

The data file transmission system is equipped with a 1st computer group on a data file preparation side, a 2nd computer group on a data file utilization side, and a system management computer which manages data file transmission from the 1st computers to the 2nd computers. The system management computer is equipped with a transmission indication file storage means which stores a transmission indication file including a command instructing the 1st computers to send data files to the 2nd computers, a means which sends the transmission indication file to the 1st computers, and a means which receives a transmission failure file including only commands which have not been transmitted from the 1st computers.
