To prevent a data form from being projected from the upper end of a data form board set to a height for not shielding a display screen so as to perform read with less fatigue by arranging it between a keyboard and a display at the time of performing read from the data form set against the data form board and performing keyboard input.

An almost L-shaped receiving groove 2 is provided on the lower part of the data form board 1 so as to form an U-shaped curve part and to set the data form against it and the curved part of the data form is clamped inside an almost U-shaped groove formed between the data form board 1 and the receiving groove 2. Or, a slit-like opening part 3 is provided on the upper part of the data form board 1 and the data form is led to the back side of the data form board through the opening part.
