To provide a processor for efficiently inputting and outputting the data of an optical disk according to a cache constitution suited to the using configuration of a user for an optical disk and data classification and the post- processing instruction of cache data in an optical disk input and output processor using an optical disk changer device at the time of operating the input and output processing of data from each kind of low speed storage medium.
The reading and writing of data is operated between a data output processing part 101 and an optical disk reading processing part 103, and between a data input processing part 102 and an optical disk writing processing part 104 through a cache disk 111 for each optical disk and data classification according to cache control information 112 set by a cache control information setting part 105. Thus, the efficient input and output of the data of an optical disk corresponding to the using configuration can be attained.
