Abstract:
To provide a data output circuit having reduced size and current consumption by causing two or more data output sections to share one data output control section.
The data output circuit includes: the data output control section for receiving a clock signal and generating a clock pulse having a predetermined pulse width; a first data output section for outputting the first data in synchronization with the clock pulse; and a second data output section for outputting the second data in synchronization with the clock pulse.
