Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily assign various services to a client by interfacing the client on a LAN without complicating a data processing terminal configuration in a system that connects data processing terminals executing a prescribed job and a plurality of clients to the LAN.
SOLUTION: Fax-reception data from a MFD(multi-function device) and data obtained by the MFD at a scanner from an original image are received and given to a job management section 3004. Furthermore, job request data received from a client on a LAN are given to the job management section 3004. The data received as above are managed for each user by a user management section 3005 and the received data are managed by a memory management section 3030 for each user and each job contents and stored in a database 3031. The data of the database are subject to transfer processing by a document processing section 3007.
