Abstract:

This data processor is provided with a display controlling means for displaying at least one format file having the fixed format and at least one data file having item data for being set in the fixed format, a designation controlling means for designating either the format file or the data file and also making one designate the other, and a setting means for setting the item data of the data file in the fixed format of the format file in accordance with the designation operation.
