PURPOSE: To constitute the neural network system of a large scale by bringing a neural network processing to mapping to plural processors and executing an information processing with a neural network algorithm of a multi-layer structure.

CONSTITUTION: This processor is provided with plural processor elements 14, plural memory elements 12, and a control managing part 15 for allowing the processing of each layer of the neural network to correspond to each group unit obtained by bringing these elements 14, 12 to two-dimensional division hourly and spatially and executing the control of an information processing executed by the processor element and the memory element of each group unit. In this state, by using plural processor elements 14 and plural memory elements 12, the control managing part 15 executes the control for bringing the neural network processing to mapping to plural processors, and executes information by the neural network algorithm of a multi-layer structure. In such a manner, an arbitrary neural network is divided, and a coupling processing of neurons between each layer of the divided network can be executed by bringing it to mapping to one or plural processors.
