Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmission control method and data transmission system in which efficient data transmission is attained while keeping a large throughput and high speed performance even when a ratio of the data transmission speed to a reply transmission speed with respect to th data is very high.
SOLUTION: A 1st station 1 has a means forming a sub-packet being a re- transmission unit, a buffer storing the sub-packet till confirmation of transmitter is obtained, a means judging a sub-packet to be sent again from a reply packet from a 2nd station 2, and a means extracting a new sub-packet from the buffer as a data packet. The 2nd station 2 is provide with a means receiving the data packet and checking an error for each sub-packet, a buffer storing the sub-packets from which no error is detected, and a means using an affirmative acknowledge of the sub-packet from which no error is detected and negative acknowledge of the sub-packet from which an error is detected integrally for each data packet as a reply packet.
