PURPOSE: To surely transmit data regardless of the environment by arranging the electrodes of the external equipment opposite metallic electrodes and sending data in noncontact at the time of data transmission of each equipment.
CONSTITUTION: At the time of communication, electrodes 2 and electrodes 3 of a pickup 4 are arranged face to face with each other. The electrodes 3 are arranged at nearly the same intervals with the electrodes 2 and held by a sponge 6. Therefor, when a sucker 5 is pressed on a box 1, the electrodes 2 and 3 come closer with the width of the box 1 inserted in between. The electrodes 3 is connected to an electric circuit inside a data collecting device 8 via a transmission cable 7 piercing the sponge 6. Though the electrodes 2 are separated from the electrodes 3 by the box 1 of the measurement instrument, a capacitor circuit is formed by putting the box 1 between them at the time of data transmission. When a high frequency generator and a high frequency detector are connected by a capacitor coupling circuit, the data transmission can be performed by a high frequency signal by using the electrostatic part.
