Abstract:
To provide a data transmitter capable of generating a fetching clock, with which an artificial error caused by the manual selection of an operator can be surely prevented.
This data transmitter is composed of a data receiving device 100 and a data transmitting device 200. The data receiving part 100 is provided with a fetching clock selecting part 101 for selecting the fetching clock, change point detecting part 103 for received data 12, phase difference measuring part 104 and allowable range discriminating part 105. This allowable range discriminating part 105 outputs clock selection information 16 for controlling the fetching clock selecting part 101.
