Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a data transmitter for portable compact disc player in which a control data, e.g. a display data, can be transmitted efficiently.
CONSTITUTION: A control data DH is split into predetermined number of blocks B and an identification code (d) is inserted between the blocks B to generate a data string which is then affixed with a predetermined header and transmitted. In this regard, the data length (n) of block B is selected to be as close as the root of the data length (f) of the control data DH.
