The data write-read device is provided with a write part 50 for writing data and the information (hereafter called "data or the like") on the data in memory 4; a read part 50 for reading the data or the like when the data written in the memory 4 has reached a predetermined quantity; a calculation part 51 for calculating a time for reproducing the data based on the information concerning the data at the time of writing the data in the memory by the write part 50, and also calculating a time for reproducing the data based on the information concerning the data at the time of reading the data from the memory 4 by the read part 50; and a control part 52 for calculating a time for reproducing the data written in the memory 4 using the reproduction time calculated by the calculation part 51 as an addition amount and using the calculated reproduction time as a subtraction amount, and controlling write timing T1 by the write part 50 and read timing T2 by the read part 50 based on the calculated reproduction time.
