Abstract:
To provide a DC brushless pump for preventing potting agent from flowing out without stress on a control substrate.
The DC brushless pump has an impeller 4 housed in a casing 1 and the control substrate 6 housed in a substrate case 8. The DC brushless pump employs packing 13 made of foamed material for seal-up of the potting agent 7 which is applied to the control substrate 6, having a square outer shape, provided with a square through hole matched with a shape of a connector 10, and having edging projections on both sides of its plane to increase airtightness. Therefore, the airtightness in potting is stably secured without stress on the control substrate 6.
